From our best vineyards and vintages, we harvest few white grapes which are left to wither on fruit-drying racks for about fifty days. During this time they loose the fifty percent of their weight.
Grape varieties include Trebbiano and a little bit of Sauvignon and Riesling.
After a delicate wine-pressing, we obtain a most full of sugars and flavours.
A very slow fermentation during all the winter contributes to render our wine sweet and fruity.
Resembol is perfect when tasted with ripe cheese or dry pastries.
